  • Access to Willapa Hill’s historic barn loft for the duration of your event.
  • Round 60″ tables and folding chairs for the barn and ceremony site (up to 175 participants).
  • A variety of rectangular tables that can be used for a head table, gift table, display table, etc.
  • Two private bride and groom rooms provide quiet space away from the festivities.
  • Outside lawn and pasture game areas with access to classic lawn games.
  • Use of a large metal-art fire-pit and firewood (unless a county burn ban is in effect).
  • A variety of river, pasture and woodland settings for pictures – season and weather dependent.
  • Catering prep area with basic refrigeration and freezer space to store food, beverages and ice during your event.
  • An onsite event host (or hosts) for the duration of your event.

30 Day Prior to Event Checklist

  1. Complete your Pre-Event Questionnaire updating us on your plans.
  2. Purchase a Washington State Banquet Permit online.
  3. Secure event insurance if you have not already done so.
  4. Make sure your alcohol servers have the appropriate MAST permit to serve at your event.
  5. Send in your damage deposit – generally via a check that we hold until after the event.
